Facebook is reportedly looking to end the practice of removing ads from WhatsApp.
The social network reportedly has decided to remove the ads from the WhatsApp app after the company failed to reach a deal with ad technology firm Snapdeal.
Sources say the move is part of a larger effort to cut ad revenue from WhatsApp in India.
WhatsApp has reportedly reached an agreement with Snapdeal to stop the removal of ads from its app.
Sources also say the WhatsApp company has been trying to convince Snapdeal that it is the best partner for the business of WhatsApp.
WhatsApp is currently one of the most popular apps in India, with nearly 300 million users.
The company recently announced that it has reached an acquisition deal with Indian mobile messaging app Line.
