Dublin-based advertising agency American advertising company Avant Group says it is setting up a new unit in Ireland to market the brand of its clients in the United States.
The Irish agency says it has received more than a million enquiries from clients in Europe and the United Kingdom and plans to begin marketing in the U.S. this year.
The firm says it will have two clients in Dublin by the end of the year.
American advertising is already well established in Ireland with its Irish clients including Dyson and Procter & Gamble.
Avant says it aims to target its clients mainly in the western states of Texas and Oklahoma, which are both major U.A.E. marketplaces.
The agency will focus on US-based businesses such as airlines, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies and food service providers, among others.
It will also target Irish clients, including the media and media and technology sectors.
